CEMENT GROUND COAT MIX

Composition: Dry cement based mix, mineral fillers and polymer additives.

Application: Ground coat for ceilings, concrete, cement-sand and other surfaces. It can be left as an end cover or painted, paste tiles and other.

Consumption: 2-3 kg/m²

Supply form: 20 kg

Storage: In dry places on wooden grills in the original closed package for 12 months.

Working instructions: Recommended tools: electric or hand stirrer, broom or hard brush, toothed mortar-board made of tagger, trowel, and appropriate vessel.

Application technique: Fixing the mix: Add the mix into water in the following proportion 1:3 (0.300 liter water; 1kg dry mix) until reaching the needed density. After a while stir again until it homogenizes.

7.5 liters/25 kg “Cement ground coat mix”
Suitable ending:
“Primer Bilmat”, “Primer 22” mineral plaster “Bileks”, Polymer plaster “Bilmat” decorative mosaic plaster “Bilmat”, silicone plaster.

Strength of cohesion when stretching with polystyrene:	N/mm² >= 1,5
Fine grinding:	CSIVmm² >= 6
Strength of cohesion when stretching with concrete:	N/mm² >=  0,5
Crack resistance:	No cracks
